Pictures From Calgary’s Flood Frontlines

Hi Calgary.
The response from the Calgary and Southern Alberta community has been absolutely astounding. Calgarians have come out in droves to help out in any way they can. That looks like many different things. That looks like  the first (and second and third) responders out police picmaking sure that people are safe, hoards of people dropping off donations, the staff and volunteers from non-profit organizations sorting through the mountains of donations, young people making lemonade stands to donate financially to the cause, and even our very own super(tired)Nenshi.

We thought that some pretty amazing pictures of pretty amazing moments are going to come out of the flood. So, we are going to start with 3…. 3 pictures about those amazing moments and keep adding more as they come in.

If you have any pictures you think are worth sharing, please send them to us through our Facebook or Twitter page and we will put them up as we get them.
